Shipping Policy:
We offer shipping with the USPS, UPS, and Fed EX. Shipment cost is based on weight with a $9.20 ceiling. Free shipping on purchases over $100.

Refund Policy:
We accept unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise, returned by mail within 15 days of original purchase date with original tags attached. Returns/exchanges must be accompanied with original receipt with stated reason for the return/exchange clearly marked on it. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment once the item has been received.

Unfortunately, we only refund shipping charges if you have received a wrong item or a defective product. Use the contact us page for a Return Authorization Number to mark on a copy of the invoice.

Privacy Policy:
We are commited to our customers privacy and do not sell our information to anyone. We do collect email addresses with an opt-in option so that you can be alerted when new styles arrive.

Creativity Contests:
Periodically we offer opportunities for customers to participate in creativity contests by taking an item we provide and creating something from it. Watch for upcoming creativity contests so you can participate or bid on submitted items.

Items Unavailable:
We purchase small quantities so that our stock is continually rotating out and bringing in new. This allows customers to have more choice over the season and doesn't allow the stock to become stagnant. Once it is sold out it is rare that it will be brought back in. It is Savvy Scavengers' philosophy that we don't want everyone wearing the same look. We purchase overstock, close outs and from wholesaler's alike to offer you the best that we can find. We like to change it up and have fun. Come find our finds!
